The Everlast GRP Membrane installed to our Balcony & Walkway specification is finished in a protective topcoat which contains fine polymer beads for an anti-slip surface finish in the colour of your choice. Everlast GRP is suitable for use in heavy foot traffic areas, and can easily withstand furniture, planters and roof gardens (subject to capacity of roof supports). Once your roof terrace, balcony, or walkway is waterproofed, we can also lay alternative surfacing such as flags, decking etc, these are laid on to purpose made paving support pads which minimise sound transfer to the room below, and allow the surface to drain freely. Railings can also be fitted to an Everlast Flat Roof without compromising waterproofing.

We both refurbish and re-seal existing balconies, and convert existing flat roofs into stunning roof terraces, at little additional cost to the standard Everlast GRP flat roof specification. A roof terrace can effectively increase the size of your garden, and to the value of your property.
