Everlast GRP Membrane
The Everlast GRP (Fibreglass) Membrane is cold formed without the use of flames, and applied in situ to create a five layer Glass Reinforced Polyester membrane. This is ideally suited to both simple and complex structural designs and can be rapidly applied and cured to prevent water ingress, giving total protection.
Because we effectively encapsulate your flat roof in a monolithic skin which contains no joints, the entire roof surface and all the edge detail are formed in one continuous GRP membrane which bonds to the roof deck and any associated structures.
Our meticulous installation process ensures that every Everlast GRP Flat Roof stands the test of time. First we form a completely new roof deck using sterling OSB3 conditioned tongue and groove boards. Once the entire roof area is redecked we apply pre formed GRP (fibreglass) edge trims as required to form the first part of the monolithic membrane. All joints in the roof deck are then laminated with GRP 450gsm glass fibre tape to provide additional structural strength at all joints and roof detail. This means that the laminate is actually of 900gsm (double) density wherever jonts are present in the roof deck, and the weakest point in the construction is now effectively the strongest. The whole structure is then laminated with 450gsm fibreglass mat between 2 layers of specially developed polyester roofing resin, before being finished in a tough protective polyeser topcoat which can be specified in the colour of your choice to ensure it not only protects your property, but looks great as well.
Our five layer seamless membrane

matting.
